Flame Health are currently looking to speak to Medicine Management Support Pharmacists currently looking to join an established team in Community Care and Rehabilitation Service.
You will be based in the Guildford area but work related travel across Surrey will be expected as is a flexible approach to home working This Service includes community hospitals, community and specialist nursing teams, community therapy teams, day assessment and treatment Centres and Out Patient Clinics.
As a Medicines management Support Pharmacist you will:
- Provide professional advice on all aspects of community medicines management
- Support services to the requirements of CQC for medicines management
- Support review and monitoring of medicines incidents
- Support requirements to handle Controlled Drugs as per Home Office license requirements
- Involvement with audit activities, including monitoring of ePACT data, undertaking clinical audit, interpretation and presentation of results *Supporting service development
To be considered for his role you will be:
- Registered with the GPhC
- Have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT experience
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Motivation to develop and extend professional knowledge / expertise
- Ability to work independently and responsibly, without direct supervision
- Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for work related travel
