In today’s competitive market place finding a new position can be a time consuming and daunting task so it is extremely important to get right first time. The ramifications of working with the wrong consultancy and taking the wrong position can be long lasting and difficult to explain.
By working with a professional consultancy and experienced consultant greatly minimises the potential for mistakes, however, it is vital that the relationship is open and honest and that the consultant fully understands what you are looking for from the outset.

One of our specialist consultants will invite you for a confidential yet informal interview (either in person or over the phone). This is your chance to discuss your current situation, previous experience and more importantly your career objectives, requirements and expectations moving forward.
We create a Personal Action Plan
Managed by your consultant, we agree upon a plan of action that includes target companies, key responsibilities, benefits package, future opportunities and suitable locations resulting in a specific plan outlining exactly what you want to achieve from a career move. This allows you to understand anticipated timescales involved, how soon a preferred solution can be achieved and the most effective ways of attaining them. Your full co operation and time to discuss these key areas is an integral part of the whole process.
We consult with our Clients
We have access to a diverse range of new and exclusive vacancies with key people at leading organisations. We discuss your details with clients that we feel match your criteria and expectations then liaise with you regarding current and future opportunities that we feel are suitable. Once we have discussed and have your approval we then introduce your personal details and arrange interviews accordingly.
We provide a pre-interview preparation
We provide pre-interview preparation so you are always informed and know exactly what to expect You will be amazed at how many good quality candidates are rejected at interview stage through not being properly prepared. Your consultant will ensure that you are thoroughly prepared and as standard you will be reliably informed as to what the interview structure and process will be right down to travel times and location, ensuring that you maintain an advantage over your competition at all times. Your consultant will also be available to answer any additional questions or queries that you might have relating to your interviews or the companies involved.
Once you have completed the interview it is good practice to speak with your consultant and provide them with your vital feedback prior to them speaking with the client. It always put the consultant and you as a candidate in a strong position whilst clearly demonstrating positive intent to the client. In some cases we receive client feedback within 1 hour but always within 24 hours and consult with you as soon received and discuss what the next steps will be whether positive or negative and create a plan of action accordingly.
Offer & Acceptance - We negotiate your contract for you
Upon a successful interview we use all our experience of negotiating contracts to ensure that you receive the financial rewards and benefits package you deserve. Given our experience and success rate we find that allowing your consultant to negotiate and discuss the terms of your contract on your behalf results in a more positive outcome – Remember at this stage offers can still be retracted!
