Registered Children’s Home Manager (EBD) – Nottinghamshire
Competitive salary: up to £35,000 (Depending on experience)Flame Care are currently working alongside one of the UK’s leading providers of residential care placements and education for looked after young people in the recruitment of a Registered Children’s Home Manager. This position will be based in the Southwell area of Nottinghamshire.
These children’s homes provide high quality accommodation for vulnerable and challenging young people in safe, pleasant city, rural and semi rural areas across the UK.
As the Registered Manager you will be joining a small two bed service that is currently rated as "good" by Ofsted.
Ideal candidate:
- A wide range of experience as a child care practitioner having managed teams in a residential setting
- A Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualifications or equivalent
- An unswerving passion for providing the best possible service to the young people in our care
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective organisational capability
- Great team player
- Full driving licence is required
