Our teams will then get to work to find a role to suit you. This will involve checking through our current opportunities (which can all be viewed on our website) or contacting our clients on a speculative basis to see if they have a position to offer which is not currently advertised. Once a role is found, we will contact you to talk it through in detail and discuss whether you would like to apply. All of this is done in the strictest confidence and we never send your details anywhere without your prior consent.
If you like the sound of the role, an application will be made by us on your behalf. Your consultant will then manage the entire process – from arranging interviews and trial days, to negotiating salaries, start dates and working hours to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible for you.
