My Flame Health Monthly Update – July

July is upon us, and the teams at Flame Health are enjoying a successful summer so far…
Flame Care have had another busy month and cannot believe that we are already half way through 2014! We are currently working with a number of national clients in the recruitment of senior positions within the Specialist Education Needs sector and are recruiting for Head Teachers / Principals for SEN Schools and Colleges across the UK. Also, having had great success with one of our key accounts in the recruitment of a new position - a Peripatetic Home Manager for the Essex / South-East region - we are currently looking to recruit another Peripatetic Home Manager (RGN) to cover 9 homes within Northern Ireland, if this sounds like you contact us today!
Flame Vets experienced a steady increase in the amount of candidates registering for roles, which is encouraging. Despite this we would like to speak to a greater number of Registered Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Surgeons. We have some outstanding vacancies available across the UK, within independent practices, larger groups and small animal hospitals. It is very pleasing to be working with a number of leading companies within the industry. Within Optical Sales, there has been plenty of activity with a number of candidates being booked in for interviews with some of our key clients in June. It has never been a better time to work within this sector, given some of the roles on offer; competitive salaries, with enticing bonus schemes and associated benefits are waiting for those who feel they have what it takes to be a success. Another very productive month has flown by for Flame Health Optometry. We have seen a steady increase in the volume of potential candidates contacting us via our website and enquiring about new opportunities. This month we also successfully re-engaged with an old client, resulting in Flame Health being added to the first tier of their PSL. With this client back into the mix, we can once again offer our candidates a platform to all of the major multiples within Optometry; we are very excited to be working with this client again!
Flame Health Dentistry saw another successful Practice Sale completion in East Midlands, as well as an increase in private Associate Dentist positions in the South and South-West and a number of Orthodontic Nurse opportunities in the South-East and London, some with the potential for Orthodontic Therapy Training. We are keen to speak with candidates for all of these roles, so get in touch!
Within Flame Health Private Healthcare, we have made positive progress with a number of Salaried GPs and Lead GPs across the UK in June, with interviews taking place over the coming weeks. We have a number of brand new roles for Nurses and Consultants (see our website for details), and we are pleased to have placed a Ward Medical Nurse during the past month. Flame Health Pharmacy placed two candidates in June. We are currently helping with a recruitment drive in central London for a brand new Pharmacy which is opening in the area.
