May has flown by in the Flame Health office, but we have still managed to have a productive and fruitful few weeks…
Flame Health Cosmetic Surgery have seen big things happening over the past month, and we are currently working with a great client, recruiting for their new high-street stores. In May, we have also placed cosmetic nurses and hospital ward  nurses successfully, continuing the trend of constant expansion in this sector.
Within Flame Health Pharmacy, independent business is booming – we are working with a high-end independent Pharmacy in central London who are currently recruiting a Superintendent Pharmacist, contact us for more details. We have new vacancies for Managers and Pharmacy staff at all levels, including Support and Regional Pharmacists, so take a look at our website if you are thinking about the next step in your Pharmacy career.
May has been an extremely busy month for Flame Care, placing five fantastic candidates into new positions across the UK. These placements have been with two of our major accounts and also with an organisation which is new to Flame Care; we look forward to working more with them in the future! We have also successfully placed candidates into Deputy Manager and Manager positions across older peoples’ services and children’s services, as well Registered Mental Health Nurses into forensic hospitals.
Flame Care are currently recruiting for a number of senior positions and are looking to speak to Regional Managers with experience of working within Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour homes across the UK. We are looking to recruit a Regional Care Director (RGN) based in Northern Ireland overseeing nine care / nursing homes, as well as a Head of Quality (RGN) for a national position. A busy May for Flame Health Dentistry has seen a dental practice sale complete in the East Midlands, which is great news! Furthermore, a mixture of ANP’s, Orthodontic Specialists, Dental Nurses and Dentist Joint Venture Partners all start new roles in the coming weeks, which is encouraging going forward into the summer period. We currently have a rare £100k + Associate Dentist role in the South-West available, with a split of private and NHS patients; also a part-time private Associate Dentist role in Oxfordshire – don’t miss out on these fantastic opportunities!
May has been a fast-paced and fruitful month for the Flame Health Optometry team. A number of significant placements have been made into key accounts as well as independent optical businesses, and the completion of a practice sale was celebrated towards the end of the month bringing further good news! With another successful month under our belts, the first quarter of the financial year is shaping up very well indeed for Flame Health Optometry.
A major placement was made with one of our key clients within Optical Sales last month. This topped off a very productive month which saw an increase in the number of vacancies, candidates and interviews. We have also managed to secure exclusivity and client-paid advertising in the optical press with one of our clients, meaning we have carte blanche in finding field-based representatives for their business. Within the Veterinary sector, the highlight was our attendance at the Careers Day at the University of Nottingham’s Veterinary School at the beautiful Sutton Bonnington campus. We discussed career options with a number of students reaching their final year studies, including those awaiting their results that very day! The University of Nottingham Veterinary School is revered within the industry, and is seen by many companies within the sector as being an ideal place to find a Veterinary Surgeon, due to the innovative and clinically-focused nature of the course. We hope to be able to find homes for as many of the candidates we met as possible in the not too distant future. We are seeing a daily increase in Veterinary vacancies across the board, which has in turn seen an increase in the availability of Vet Nurse and Vet Surgeon candidates; we would like to increase our database of candidates, so please contact us immediately to discuss your options.
