Something we have noticed from attending careers events at various Universities recently, is that some people who are perhaps new to the job market and job-hunting in general are unaware of how a consultancy like Flame Health Associates LLP can help them, or misunderstand the way in which we work.
As a result of this, we have put together this helpful post to explain the service we provide and hopefully dispel any myths which may exist!

1. The first step of the process is registering your details - you can do this on myflamehealth.com or by contacting us directing on Freephone on 0800 085 0858 or if calling from a mobile on 01158 114488 alternatively email [email protected]. This allows our dedicated consultants to get to know you and, most importantly, the type of role you are looking for - everything from location to salary will be covered to ensure we find a perfect match for your situation
2. Our teams will then get to work to hopefully find a role to suit you - this will involve checking through our current opportunities (which can all be viewed on our website)  and even contacting our clients on a speculative basis to see if they may have something to offer you which is not currently advertised
3. Once a role is found, we will contact you to talk it through and discuss whether you would like to apply; we never send your details anywhere without your prior consent!
4. If you like the sound of the role, an application will be made by us on your behalf. Your consultant will then manage the entire process - from arranging interviews and trial days, to negotiating salaries, start dates and working hours to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible for you
5. Finally, assuming all goes well, you will hopefully start work in your dream job! This is a COMPLETELY FREE service to you as a candidate
