Flame Health is currently recruiting for Clinical Services Managers in Leeds and Birmingham on behalf of a key client who operates six private eye hospitals in the UK as well as locations in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
All of our client's hospitals are supported by dedicated optometrists and healthcare technicians and over 60 consultant level ophthalmic surgeons who provide a wide range of procedures including Clarivu (refractive lens exchange), laser vision correction, cataract removal, glaucoma, AMD and cosmetic procedures.

Clinical Services Manager Opportunity - Yorkshire - salary up to £45,000 p.a.
The Clinical Services Manager will lead, direct and motivate the clinical team as well as support the Hospital Manager in the day-to-day running, management and development of the hospital.
As well as leading the team, the job holder will be required where possible to participate within the team (up to 50% of the role), within all areas of the hospital such as the theatre in providing scrub assistance in clinical/operative procedures, diagnostics or within the pre/post-op areas, consenting and discharging patients.
In addition, the job holder will be responsible for the planning of patient centred healthcare; using clinical decision making that is in-line with relevant regulatory body guidance and CQC outcome requirements, where appropriate ensuring there is an emphasis on excellence. They will also work closely with the Patient Liaison team to ensure a smooth patient journey in respect of both administration and care. Externally, they will be required to liaise with local opticians and GP’s regarding patient referrals and to discuss post-operative care advice.
