For the Flame Health Optometry team, September was a fantastic month. We are pleased to report that the good work so far this year with our

keys accounts continued throughout September, and we are also delighted with the number of independent companies currently registering vacancies with us. As well as this, we saw a steady increase on the ancillary side of the business - with excellent optical sales opportunities now available. We have a number of outstanding roles available to candidates of all disciplines within the Optical sector, as well Joint Venture Partner and Practice Sales opportunities. For Flame Pharma, September saw a raft of new roles come in with the most notable being a Regulatory Affairs Consultant; an excellent opportunity to get into a niche sector within the London area. We have also solidified our relationship with a leading Pharmaceutical supplier, who deliver life-saving drugs to hard-to-reach locations around the world.
Flame Health Cosmetic Surgery is continuing to see a surge in the market, with many smaller to medium companies looking to expand and take on new staff. We have started working with a Midlands-based aesthetic treatment company, who are experiencing a rapid growth in business that will lead to several exciting new roles for enthusiastic cosmetic professionals.
Flame Vets has been very busy recruiting for a variety of roles across the UK within the Veterinary Surgeon and Veterinary Nurse sectors, with interviews taking place across the board.
In September Flame Health Dentistry placed dentists in the North West and the Midlands and have had great success with two offers on dental practice sales agreed and accepted between the parties. We are working on some great new vacancies at present which include a private Orthodontist for 2-3 days in West London, a Practice Manager in the East Midlands for a large mixed practice and a part-time dentist in Kent (Mon – Wed).
Flame Health have also been supporting the development of new private healthcare businesses by recruiting for a wide range of nurse based roles across the South East.
Flame Care have had another busy month, with numerous brand new and exclusive opportunities being called in by our national clients. We are currently working on a number of positions within the Children’s residential and education sector, with roles ranging from Registered Children’s Home Managers, to Head Teachers and School Principals across the UK. Not only do we have some fantastic positions within the Children’s/Education sector, we are still working alongside national care and nursing home providers in the recruitment of Regional Managers, Nurse Managers, Residential Manager and also qualified nurses.
