Red Grapes May Protect Against Hearing Decline
Flame Health were happy to hear that a study has shown that Resveratol, which can be found in red grapes, may have the potential to protect against hearing and cognitive decline.
The study was conducted at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where the substance was tested on rats, and focused on noise-induced hearing loss, with healthy rats less likely to suffer the long-term effects when given resveratol.
We all know that fruit is good for us, so next time you go to the supermarket, put some red grapes in your basket!
