Increase in pharmacy students comes with future woes
The British Pharmaceutical Students' Association (BPSA) has stated that universities are likely to take on a greater number of pharmacy students next year.
This is great news for the pharmacy sector, knowing that is not a declining industry; however what will be the case with more graduates seeking jobs?
Aston University pharmacy practice lecturer Joseph Bush says,
"Potential applicants are starting to ask about the job situation. There's a lot of concern about the challenges of [having] more graduates and the effect that has on the jobs market."
