Associate Dentist - Durham
Mondays from 3rd December to end of FY or until 600 UDAs has been delivered.  £360 per day based on 30 UDAs plus £10 for all above set target.  50% labs 50% pvt when UDA target met.  Will consider £25 travel if over one hour or overnight accommodation.
Associate Dentist - South Yorkshire
One day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) available now until 3rd January 2013.  Rate as above.
Associate Dentist - Caernarfon, Snowdonia
Fixed term associate required.  Available now until end of financial year to deliver 2500 UDAs offering £11.00 per UDA
