Good news for Pharmacists!
Pharmacists are are again spreading positive light to the industry!
Data released this week from Pharmacy Voice has shown that more than 40,000 serious incidents have been avoided a year due to Pharmacists querying almost 2 million prescription items.
But what are these queries?
The most common incidents relate to instructions on dose (15%), quantity (13%) and strength (8%).
