Why are Dental Implants so Popular?

Flame Health Dentistry have found it very interesting that a patients interest in dental implants has doubled in the last year.
Research was undertaken by the medical and dental search website www.whatclinic.com. They have found that more than 150,000 people from the UK used the website to research local private dental clinics in the last month, with 2,500 of them interested in dental implants - up 105% on the same period last year.
What are the driving forces of this? The website claims increasing consumer awareness and more affordable prices are driving demand for the procedure. Would you agree?
