Health Experts recommend the below to spring cleaning our mouth:
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day for around 2 minutes.
- Floss everyday
- Visit the dentist or hygienist on a regular basis.
- Replace your toothbrush regularly
- Avoid starchy, sugary food and drink
- Eat plenty of fresh foods and avoid snacking between meals.
