Spring is a great time to tackle the hidden oral hygiene problems that could be undermining your body’s overall health.
Health Experts recommend the below to spring cleaning our mouth:

  • Brush your teeth at least twice a day for around 2 minutes.
  • Floss everyday
  • Visit the dentist or hygienist on a regular basis.
  • Replace your toothbrush regularly
  • Avoid starchy, sugary food and drink
  • Eat plenty of fresh foods and avoid snacking between meals.
