The Importance of Dental Practice Managers
The British Dental Practice Manager’s Association chairman, Amelia Bray, has highlighted the important and crucial role that dental practice managers play in the new Care Quality Commission (CQC) process.
She says, ‘The CQC requires there to be a registered manager for the majority of dental practices and in most cases, this will be the dental practice manager. We have always recognised the important role of dental practice managers, which is why we organised development seminars, provide a support network and regularly distribute news and information articles to our members.’
As a dentist or dental practice manager we would like to know your thoughts on Amelia Bray's comments. Please leave a comment below.
