Flame Health are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager based in the East Midlands area to join an expanding, and dynamic Optical business whose product pipeline is second to none. As a market leader within the competitive Contact Lens Market our client has built their reputation on being dedicated and inventive within this growing sector.

The Business Development role is an excellent opportunity through the effective use of territory planning, relationship building and commercial acumen to build an excellent reputation for yourself within this growing market.
The role will require a candidate to seek out new business opportunities within the designated geographical area to ensure maximum face to face coverage and meet specific sales targets. You will also be expected to develop and introduce new products on behalf on the Company to maximise the opportunities within the retail categories.
The role will also include representing the Company at seminars, exhibitions and meetings as required to enhance the customer experience when interacting with CV team members amongst other duties.
The right candidate will have an enviable track record of achievement gained from organisations that demonstrate and require strong interpersonal skills in order to influence at all levels of management Someone with enhanced skills of listening and empathy, and an understanding of investigative questioning techniques will thrive.
