Flame Health are currently working with a very popular Healthcare company who are looking for a band 5 Staff Nurse in the Lancashire area.

You will be working to deliver services across the Preston Lancashire area. To work within the Lancashire Health Young People and Family Services, working within and across organisational boundaries.  Staff Nurses are responsible for the care of 0-19 year olds under the direction of the School Nurse and Health Visitor as part of the Lancashire Young People and Families Service.

In coordination with School Nurse, Health Visitor, or Team Leader, you will provide key components of the Healthy Child Programme, and appropriate targeted care based on the needs of each family.

Essential requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• NMC Registration.
• Valid UK Driving Licence with access to a car for work purposes
• Understand the limits and concepts of confidentiality and principles of the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts.
• Experience of working as part of a team.
