Flame Health are currently working with a very popular Healthcare company who are looking for a band 5 District Nurse in the Lancashire area.

Under the direction of the district nursing Team Manager / Leader, working as part of the 24-hour district nursing service, providing high quality holistic care to patients. The staff nurse role carries delegated responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based nursing to patients in their own homes. To assume delegated responsibility for the supervision of the team in the absence of the district nursing team leader, when required.

Essential requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration
  • Experience of working within adult services.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence with access to a car for work purposes
  • As this is a 7 day service you will be committed to 1 in 3 weekends.
