Flame Health Optometry are currently looking to recruit an ambitious, career driven commercially & clinically minded Optometrist to join a well established independent practice in the Norwich area. Our Client is a fast growing group of Optical outlets with sales approaching £2 million per year.

This particular practice offers a fantastic selection of products and eye testing of the highest standards. In fact they offer one of the widest ranges of spectacles, designer sunglasses and contact lenses on the high street and are well recognised for their exemplary quality service. The ranges cover the complete spectrum from low price, very high value entry offerings up to products from some of the most prestigious designer brands in the world. Currently our client employs over 25 staff, many of whom have been with the company since the opening in 2001. Our client feels strongly their commitment to their employees and customers, offering a quality service on every occasion is what really sets this organisation apart from its competition.

As an optometrist you will have an average of 20 Minutes with each patient and receive excellent support from the team around you. This will enable you to provide a thorough eye examination and excellent patient care in everything you do, within a non pressurised commercial environment. Within this Norwich based practice, there is a Contact Lens Optician who will undertake most of the contact lens work, however there will be the occasional contact lens check that the chosen Optometrist will be expected to do. This opportunity is available from January 2010, All levels of experience will be considered. In return for your skills and commitment a negotiable & very competitive salary package is available including 20 days holiday entitlement.
