Flame Health - Healthcare Sales - E-Commerce Trainer - London

We are currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Trainer to work in the London area for our client who is a global leader in Contact Lenses.

Our client are looking to bring an innovative new platform to the market and as a result need to recruit confident and effective communicators with direct experience of the Optical market to work closely with the team and deliver training, development and to empower their clients to drive engagement.

You will be part of an external sales & service team and will support a selected number of optical stores in your area that have registered their interest in engaging with the clients E-commerce platform.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the stores are fully and correctly set up with the platform and to enable activation of the system with practice customers.

A large part of your role will be to motivate and train the practice owners and employees on:

· How to offer platform services (re-buy and subscription services of contact lenses) via different channels;
· How to effectively communicate/sell the subscription services to consumers
· The registration process into subscription as well as the CRM opportunities the system provides

This job requires intensive training of customers on site. You will work with them to build the necessary skills, core competencies and share best practices to achieve the agreed goals.

Training will require pre-work and post-work following the progress of the stores with the platform and the subscription registrations in particular. You will be asked to revisit if this is necessary as well as to do follow up trainings and webinars.

The right candidate will have:
· Optical education (e.g. optician, optical assistant) and / or sales representative with at least 3 years of experience in sales / retail of optical products a very strong advantage OR
· Several years of experience as a sales representative in retail
· Effective communication skills, strong persuasiveness combined with confident attitude towards the customer. High degree of customer orientation
· Digitally savvy (Good digital and E-commerce knowledge)
· Analytical, conceptual thinking and result-oriented approach
· High degree of initiative, social skills and empathy
· Willingness to travel (4-5 days a week visiting optical stores)
· Be in possession of a driving license
