Flame Health Dentistry Jobs - Associate Dentist Job - Partnership Opportunity - Wiltshire

A rare opportunity for a dentist to take on a full list of mixed patients, with a view to partnership in the next two years is available in Wiltshire.

The position is to carry out general dentistry, for 4900 UDAs at £21 per UDA. Taking on an established list of patients from a long serving associate, the dentist will provide a high quality service to all patients, having full clinical freedom.

The candidate must enjoy team involvement, having weekly meetings to discuss ways of improving patient satisfaction. Continued learning is expected by all members of the team and the current principal would be an excellent mentor to work along side.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday, with the option of 4 days if desired.

Personal Specification:

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to sell and carry out private work as well as deliver UDAs. They should live locally or be prepared to re-locate. Long-term aspiration is essential as the position will offer partnership in the next two years, the current principal is looking to then retire in the next 5 years. The ideal associate will have provided some private and NHS care to patients, with a minimum of 2 years experience at this level.
