Flame Health Dentistry Jobs - Associate Dentist Job - Cambridge Area, Cambridgeshire

A full time dentist is required for this unique private role in Cambridgeshire. The position is to commence in January 2009. The position will require the candidate to ensure a smooth running of the retiring principals list, which currently grosses around £300,000 per annum.

The practice is totally private with incomes generated equally between Denplan and private fee paying patients, based in the city centre. There is a requirement for the dentist to have a minimum of 2 years private experience from the UK.

There is some room for developing cosmetic, endo or ortho treatments, but it is essential to maintain the list in a similar vein to the retiring dentist, to therefore retain the patients on-going. You will work with a team of five dentists / specialists and 5 hygienists with full support staff. There will be lots to learn and full training will be given during the first month. A 50% remuneration will be paid with a 50% lab bill share.

The company runs an exclusive dental practice, for which the key requirement is maintaining and improving the quality of customer service, increasing the volume of patients and value of treatments.
